“우리가 정말로 날고 싶다면, 아무도 날개를 자를 수 없습니다!”
디간타는 경비원 일을 위해 델리로 돌아가고 싶어한다. 그는 고향인 인도 북동부 어딘가에서는 생계를 유지할 방법이 없다고 생각한다. 가난과 돈을 벌지 못한다는 비난이 그의 마음을 압박했다. 그의 형은 머리를 자르기 위해 50루피를 요청했지만 디간타는 주머니에서 20루피만 찾을 수 있었다. 디간타는 화가 났다. 그는 "내가 머리카락을 잘라 줄게!"라고 말했다. 디간타는 형의 머리를 자르기 시작했고 오두막집 뒷마당은 잘린 머리카락으로 더러워졌다. 디간타의 친구가 와서 그의 머리카락을 자르라고 부탁했고, 디간타의 할머니는 뒷마당에 쓰레기를 버렸다고 소리치기 시작했다. 화가 난 디간타는 밖으로 나와 길가에서 친구의 머리카락을 다듬기 시작하자 사람들은 디간타를 이발사로 생각했다. 어느 날 밤, 디간티의 집에 누군가가 찾아오고 그에게 영업 허가증을 보여달라고 한다.
“If we really want to Fly, No one can cut Wings!”
Diganta, wants to return to Delhi for his security guard job, he believes there is no scope of livelihood in his native place, somewhere in North East India. Poverty and criticism for not being able to earn have been squeezing his mind. His brother requested him an amount of Rs. 50/- to have his hair cut. But, Diganta could find only Rs. 20 /- in his pockets. Diganta became upset. He said “I will cut your hair!” Diganta started cutting his brother’s hair. The backyard of their hut became dirty with cut hairs. Diganta’s friend had come and requested also to cut his hair. But Diganta’s grandmother started shouting for littering the backyard. Being annoyed, Diganta asked his friend to come outside and started trimming his hair roadside. People thought Diganta as a barber... Door knock at at night- “Is this Diganta’s residence?” a well dressed person asked ”Show me your trade license.
