Director's Inspiration
I wanted to solve family's unfortunate situations in a cinematic way and picture the restoration of their relation through SF setting.
Synopsis
Father who ran home as soon as he left work. A child approaches and hugs him. This is a com-mon sight in families right after the birth of their children. However, this doesn't last long. Par-ents' work gets busier and their children grow up, too. The time they spend together continues to decrease and finally communication disappears.
When parents and their children are unemployed, it’s already awkward one another, even though they have more time together. And here is ""Memorial Robot"", which can copy human memories. The robot, who was originally father, has vivid memories with his young daughter. The daughter also goes around with her robot father and recalls memories she had forgotten.
